Just in case food lovers haven\u2019t noticed, food trucks are a big deal now. After all, they are popping up all over the place, which is perfect for folks who are in love with food. The best part? The variety. While hot dog stands and taco trucks are the typical mobile kitchens, if you will, there are so many other food concepts in this industry. Side note: Hot dog stands and taco trucks are still all the rage for a reason \u2014 they are phenomenal to the taste buds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nonetheless, we will be venturing to the top 5 U.S. food truck locations. You can think of these locations as top destinations or upcoming locations. Whether the case, they all bring some rather amazing recipes to the table in food truck fashion. As a sneak peek, we will be visiting Seattle, Austin, Miami, Houston and Portland. In the process, we will be dropping some food trucks that you have to try out, well, as soon as possible \u2014 because they are that good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seattle Food Trucks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Not only is Seattle a wonderful place to visit and\/or live, but it is flooding with food trucks. As you likely already know, Seattle is also known for its coffee (Starbucks, anyone?). Therefore, it would only be right if one of the top food truck locations on the Seattle food trucks list featured \u2014 drumroll, please \u2014 coffee. While there are many Seattle food trucks to venture to, here are some of our favorite food trucks in Seattle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mighty Bean Espresso<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Reminder: There are plenty of places to choose from when it comes to food trucks of Seattle, but if you do find yourself in Seattle, then you have to try out Mighty Bean Espresso \u2014 well, if you are a fan of coffee, that is. And if you are a fan of coffee (any form of coffee, might we add), the sky is the limit at Mighty Bean Espresso. This coffee wonderland dishes out lattes, mochas, cappuccinos \u2014 you name it. Do you like authentic Mexican food? Of course you do! Therefore, when you are browsing the Seattle food trucks scene, you have to make a stop (or two) at El Camion. Your taste buds will thank you every single bite, whether you are a fan of tacos, burritos, tamales or quesadillas.
