I like that you mention how they are generally cheaper than trucks because it’s important to keep costs down when first starting out. Not only that, but trucks can have up to an extra foot in width which would be invaluable in a moving kitchen setup I think. Thanks for the excellent advice! I’ll be sure to pass this on to him!
