Whether the case, they all bring some rather amazing recipes to the table in food truck fashion. As a sneak peek, we will be visiting Seattle, Austin, Miami, Houston and Portland. In the process, we will be dropping some food trucks that you have to try out, well, as soon as possible — because they are that good.

Not only is Seattle a wonderful place to visit and/or live, but it is flooding with food trucks. As you likely already know, Seattle is also known for its coffee (Starbucks, anyone?). Therefore, it would only be right if one of the top food truck locations on the Seattle food trucks list featured — drumroll, please — coffee. While there are many Seattle food trucks to venture to, here are some of our favorite food trucks in Seattle:
Mighty Bean Espresso
Reminder: There are plenty of places to choose from when it comes to food trucks of Seattle, but if you do find yourself in Seattle, then you have to try out Mighty Bean Espresso — well, if you are a fan of coffee, that is. If you are all about that cheese life, then you have to make a stop at this magical food truck of Seattle. One might be wondering what Cheese Wizards brings to the mobile kitchen table. There are literally an endless amount of unique cupcakes to choose from at this sweet location, such as a carrot cake cupcake, a red velvet cupcake and the list goes on and on. If you are all about your Venezuelan food, or are looking to try it for the first time, then Four Brothers is the place for you. If you are looking for suggestions, then these two meals have your name written all over them: 4 Brothers Arepa and Shredded Beef Empanada.
